(Even better if you have the cabling from the server room to the PC points sunk in to the floor or wall) 10 - 20 PC's Managed Hub/Switch - I'd say get one with more ports than you need to accomodate future expansion. Managed so you can set transfer rate thresholds for each PC to share the bandwidth evenly. Server - You'll need a server so you can remotely lock/unlock your client PC's and control what they can't look at. Router - Always handy having a router to manage the internet connection. That should cover the hardware needs of an iCafe, software is another thing.
