Plenty of sockets where the PC&#39;s will be (Don&#39;t go using extension leads unless it&#39;s 1 PC per extension lead and they&#39;re wall mounted).

Plenty of ethernet cable.  (Even better if you have the cabling from the server room to the PC points sunk in to the floor or wall)

10 - 20 PC&#39;s

Managed Hub/Switch - I&#39;d say get one with more ports than you need to accomodate future expansion.  Managed so you can set transfer rate thresholds for each PC to share the bandwidth evenly.

Server - You&#39;ll need a server so you can remotely lock/unlock your client PC&#39;s and control what they can&#39;t look at.

Router - Always handy having a router to manage the internet connection.

That should cover the hardware needs of an iCafe, software is another thing.
No idea where you&#39;d be able to find detailed information on setting a business like an iCafe up but dropping a few terms like &#39;setting up an internet cafe&#39; in to a search engine should throw up some results.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
