I want to build a gaming pc but don't have that much money right now. I don't want a multi video card board. I was thinking of getting this:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148094
Would I be able to run games like Bioshock. Was thinking of getting a e7300 2.66 GHz, a 4830 or a 4850. Not worried about overclocking at the moment.
Or do I need a newer board with a p43 or p45 chipset?

hi mate
no problem, the Asus P5KPL-AM iG31 is a excellent choice and would be a excellent basis for a first time gaming system, bare in mind it has no support for sli or crossfire but you did state this would not be a problem
with regards to the Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 this is fully compatible with the Asus P5KPL-AM and is a ideal choice for the system, with a 2.66ghz clock speed and a 3mb level 2 cache this has some excellent potential
the radeon HD4830 and HD4850 are not too bad however they retail around the £100 mark and for games like bioshock you would be far better off with a card such as the BFG 9600GT OC 512MB GDDR3( http://www.ebuyer.com/product/142166 ),this is because "2k" games who developed bioshock designed the game using nvidia cards and this is reflected in the gameplay, also as the geforce 9600gt cards(and above) have support for NVIDIA® Cuda and PhysX allowing for far superior gaming and effects
for a even better gaming experience the Asus GeForce 9800 GTX+( http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GeForce+9+Series/Asus+GeForce+9800+GTX%2B+512MB+PCI-E2.0+?productId=34261)is a amazing pci-express gaming card
with some excellent specs including a 738mhz core clock and 512mb of ddr3 memory running at 1836mhz,and along with the 256bit memory bus interface you can be sure of some awesome frame rates
good choices mate, any problems let me know
good luck mate !

While it is technically a Delta Force class machine, it is in the Stealth chassis for those of you who were asking about that before. Stealth is a great system for people who want good performance on a tight budget, or anyone who wants to see the insides of their PC unrestricted.
